Serialisation

PUBLICATION:

The serial is published in an abridged version in six instalments in Woman's Own (UK) between November 9 and December 14 in 1963 with illustrations by
Herb Tauss. Note that the serialisation was advertised as a publication prior to the book release. However, the book was in fact published on November 7.

First editions in book form:

The Clocks 1963 (British edition)
Published in the US the following year: American edition.

Swedish title:

Klockorna 1964 (Albert Bonniers Förlag - Softcover) and in a special Variant cover.
The first Swedish edition is also published in Hardcover with dust jacket and in a partial edition published by Schildts.
