The Mystery of the Plymouth Express.

In the US the short story is first published in The Blue Book Magazine in January 1924 (Vol. 38, No. 3) under the title The Plymouth Express Affair.

Alternative title:

The short story has also been published under the title The Girl in Electric Blue in Ellery Queen's Mystery Magazine (US) in 1955 (Vol. 25, No. 3).
